APA Hotel Keisei Ueno Ekimae

The location is very convenient. It is opposite to the Keisei Ueno station, where you can take Skyliner to Nirita Airport. Lots of shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Ueno Park is next to the hotel too.

Position is the best, for transportation and business and tourism. High floors are the best for the view, ask 10th to 15th floors. The annex restaurant is a great bonus both for lunch and for dinner, for summer weather for rain etc.

- The hotel is conveniently close to Tokyo University, where I was attending a conference. Ueno Park and the metro station are also within a 5-minute walk. - The staff were friendly and helpful. - The room was cosy, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. However, it was small. - The breakfast was good, but not exceptional.

The hotel is at a great position near the Ueno Keisei and main stations, you can take the Skyliner to go/come to/from Narita airport in 1h door-to-door. Ueno is also one of Tokyo hubs for reaching everywhere in Tokyo as well as taking the Shinkansen. Check-in and out is swift and straightforward. The hotel was able to keep my luggage in custody while I was traveling The bathroom was clean. Bed and pillow were super comfortable, among the best i have tried Yukata, toiletries, slippers were all provided. Shampoo and shower gel had a very nice smell. The console to turn on and off all room lights right next to the bed was a nice touch

The location was fantastic, easy walking distance to the Skyliner, metro and JR Lines. There's an abundance of food, kombinis and sights to see right near the hotel. It's a great location to get around from overall.
